The type of board that you use for this is very important so that it is easily transportable and your ingredients are not falling off. This Acacia Serving Tray/Board was purchased at Target. Here are the square dip bowls used for the salad dressing We also purchased four 3 ounce dip bowls .

Cobb Salad Board Ingredients

5 cups chopped lettuce

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2 cup crumbled bacon

1/2 diced avocado

1/2 cup chunky blue cheese dressing

1/2 cup Italian dressing

1 cup glazed pecans

4 hard-boiled eggs

1 pound of grilled chicken breast

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup of croutons

We absolutely love the variety of vegetables, protein and blue cheese, this salad is full-colour, flavour and texture! Enjoy

It took me less than 30 minutes to create this board. I love the fact that you can completely tweak this recipe to your liking.

Instructions

Use a 15 inch round wooden board or any round board or serving platter you have.

  • Then I placed the round dip trays containing the avocado, crumbled blue cheese, crunchy bacon, and shredded Monterey cheese.

  • Followed by the 2 square dip bowls containing the salad dressings.

  • Next, it is just a matter of placing your ingredients. There is a detailed video of me creating this tray on my Instagram account @ourhomeourhaven located under the reels section.

  • Serve and enjoy!
